Patient Coordinator and Brand Manager
Brooke was born and raised in East Tennessee. She attended East Tennessee State University in Johnson City where she received her Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a concentration in Healthcare Administration and a minor in Marketing. Brooke always knew she would move to a bigger city upon graduation, so when she got the chance to do an internship at the University of Miami in the Managed Care and Business Development Department, she took a leap of faith and moved to south Florida.
Soon after, when the opportunity arose for her to become a Clinical Coordinator with Dr. Lewen’s practice, there was no hesitation. Brooke has a devoted interest in various aspects of healthcare, and she has a great passion for the field. She has been extremely dedicated to serving the needs of patients throughout many years of service in both Tennessee and Florida.
Brooke also serves on the board of the South Florida Medical Group Management Association where she helps coordinate networking for many of South Florida’s top healthcare professionals.
Brooke loves spending her free time with her husband and their puppy, Nugget! She is always eager to go scuba diving and loves to experiment with new combinations of makeup and skin care products. She also enjoys brunching with some of her closest friends!
Caterina was born and raised in Northeast Pennsylvania. She attended college at Elizabethtown college in Elizabethtown, PA where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. After graduation, she attended Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, and earned her Master’s degree in Social Work. Caterina started her career in medical social work in 1997 when she began working with the case management department at Wilkes Barre General Hospital/Wyoming Valley Health Care System. It was Caterina’s responsibility to ensure that all patients received effective and efficient medical care. She worked extensively with medical professionals, patients and family members to ensure that each patient received the care that they needed and deserved.
Caterina began working as Dr. Lewen’s clinical and patient coordinator in 2014. Initially, as a patient of Dr. Lewen, she was very impressed with how the office was dedicated to customer service and superior patient care. With first hand knowledge of exactly how Dr. Lewen cares for his patients and gives everyone individualized attention, Caterina was motivated and excited to become a part of his team. Working with Dr. Lewen allows her to continue to work to help patients, and she is enthusiastic about being able to provide others with the same exceptional care that she received.
In her free time, Caterina enjoys spending time with her husband and children on Hollywood beach (yes, she wears her sunscreen). She also enjoys walking her golden retrievers, training for obstacle runs, and yoga.
Front Office Coordinator
Dominique was born in Charlotte, North Carolina and raised in Montego Bay, Jamaica. She is a proud alumna of Miami International University of Art and Design, where she received her associate degree in Fashion Design. She also received her bachelor’s degree from Morgan State University, where she studied Family and Consumer Science. While Dominique loves the fashion and style of cooler weather, she could not see herself living in chilly Maryland long term. So, she packed up her Lilly Pulitzer travel set and moved to sunny south Florida.
As a former Miss Maryland, Dominique’s interests in cosmetics and skincare is what first attracted her to our office. Over time, she realized that one of her true passions is to help inspire self-confidence for other people, and this is an important part of her daily role in Dr. Lewen’s office.
In her free time, Dominique is an entrepreneur who enjoys event planning, salsa dancing, competing in beauty pageants and watching college football.

Carina was born in New York and raised in South Florida. She always knew she wanted to pursue a career in the medical field, but it wasn’t until 2013 when she found her passion in the “forever growing” specialty of cosmetic medicine and surgery. In school, Carina majored in science while earning her CMA degree as well as her phlebotomy license. While working on her Associates Degree, she began working in a high-volume cosmetic, laser & plastic surgery practice. There she spent over six years assisting in procedures and extensively learning about multiple facial fillers, cosmetic lasers, and surgical treatments, including some hair transplants. Her growing experience and passion for continuing education allow her to keep up to date with all the newest and latest cosmetic treatments. Carina has also spent time in more specialized cosmetic skincare trainings and proves to be very skilled in assisting people with their products and skin care regimens.
Carina is married and a mother of two boys. She enjoys spending her free time with her family, fishing with her boys, free diving, and having lots of beach & boat days! Of course, she never forgets her sunscreen with a big hat and some sunglasses.
