EmbraceRF by InMode in Miami, FL

For years, our patients have been asking for an additional non-surgical, minimally invasive alternative for a traditional facelift.  Now, with our state-of-the-art technology, our double board-certified oculofacial plastic surgeon, Gregory D. Lewen, M.D., has brought this very solution to Miami, Aventura, and the surrounding areas of south Florida, where he performs the procedure himself.

What is Facetite and Accutite by InMode?

At Lewen Cosmetic Center, Dr. Lewen and our team are proud to bring you the EmbraceRF by InMode.  The EmbraceRF treatment offers two techniques known as Facetite and Accutite. This minimally invasive technology is designed as a contouring solution for your face, neck, and body. Facetite can be used on larger portions of the face, neck, and other areas on the body; while Accutite is meant for more delicate areas such as the lower eyelids, jowls, nasolabial folds, and brows. Dr. Lewen is proud to now offer results similar to a traditional facelift using radiofrequency (RF) technology to tighten your skin, stimulate your collagen production and firm your facial tissue.

What Do FaceTite and Accutite by InMode Treat?

Dr. Lewen uses the FaceTite by InMode to treat the same symptoms as a traditional facelift, including sagging facial skin and jowls.  However, since the FaceTite and Accutite by InMode is a non-surgical procedure, there are no stiches, scalpels, or incisions which leads to less scarring once you’re healed.

Additional areas that can be treated include:

  • Your lower eyelids
  • Your forehead, which gives the impression of a traditional brow lift
  • Your nasolabial folds (the wrinkled area between your nose and your mouth)
  • Your jowls
  • Your neck

We encourage you to schedule a consult today in order to discuss how we can help you feel like a younger, fresher version of yourself with a natural-looking appearance.

Can Anyone Use EmbraceRF by InMode?  In Other Words, am I Candidate for the FaceTite or Accutite by InMode?

In Dr. Lewen’s expert opinion, both men and women with aging skin are candidates for Facetite and Accutite.  We love that FaceTite by InMode has colorblind technology that can be utilized on any skin color. Of course, as with all facial procedures, patients who have quit smoking will see the best result.

How Quickly Will I See Results From My Facetite or Accutite by InMode Treatment?

Once you complete your FaceTite or Accutite by InMode treatment with Dr. Lewen, you’ll see results almost immediately.  However, your results will continue to improve in the several weeks following your treatment as swelling goes down, continuing to improve for nearly three to six months with full results and improvements at one year!

How Long Will My FaceTite and Accutite by InMode Results Last?

The short answer is FaceTite and Accutite by InMode results typically last up to five years.  Just as with a traditional surgical facelift, your facial skin then begins to age naturally once again.  Of course, there are certain items that come into place to preserve the benefits and effects of your FaceTite by InMode treatment including sleeping patterns, skincare, eating habits and, of course, smoking. At Lewen Cosmetic Center, we stress the importance of protecting your investment and can offer insight on skincare during your consult.

How Many Treatments Will I Need with the FaceTite or Accutite by InMode?

Although the only way to know for sure is through your in-person consult with Dr. Lewen, most patients need just one FaceTite or Accutite by InMode treatment to achieve your desired results. If a repeat treatment is needed, this can be done after one full year.

How does Facetite or Accutite compare with other skin rejuvenation treatments?

There are no direct competitors of Facetite or Accutite at this time. Aside from a traditional facelift, threading, or fillers no treatment currently compares to Facetite or Accutite.

What Does the FaceTite and Accutite by InMode Treatment Feel Like?

During your initial consult, Dr. Lewen will describe the steps leading up to your Facetite by InMode treatment.  The day of the appointment, Dr. Lewen and our team will numb the area to be treated, but as a non-surgical procedure there is no need for general anesthesia, which means that you will be completely comfortable and awake during your Facetite or Accutite procedure through local anesthetic, an oral sedative, and pronox (laughing gas).

How Long Will My FaceTite and Accutite by InMode Appointment Take?

Dependent on areas treated and other EmbraceRF procedures performed, we schedule a procedure time block between one and three hours for your FaceTite by InMode procedure.

What should I expect during recovery from FaceTite or Accutite by InMode?  Is there any downtime with the FaceTite or Accutite by InMode?

You can expect to have around four days of recovery following your Facetite or Accutite procedure. Swelling will continually reduce over the next one to two weeks, but you will be able to return to all normal activities.

How much does Facetite and Accutite cost?

During your consultation with Dr. Lewen, you will work together to develop a customized treatment plan focused on your personal, cosmetic goals. This can vary widely from patient to patient which is why we always recommend scheduling an appointment to meet with Dr. Lewen to discuss your Facetite or Accutite investment in depth.
