Upper Blepharoplasty: Cost starting at $8,000
Upper eyelid skin hanging, and laxity is one of the earliest and most common signs of aging. Although some skin is typically removed during surgery, it is the skin that is left behind along with sub brow contouring that will give you the natural, aesthetic result. The goal of this surgery is to create a cleaner, more refreshed, and less tired-appearing upper eyelid with the most modern techniques.

Lower Blepharoplasty: Cost starting at $12,000
Lower eyelid bags, hollows, and dark shadows. The appearance of eyelid bags in the lower lids is frequently caused by a combination of factors that can contribute to this heavy and tired look. The eyes are normally surrounded by fat that serves to protect the eyes within the bony eye socket. With time, some of the tissues that hold this fat back in the eye socket will weaken and can cause some of the fat to bulge forward. Additional aging changes are simultaneously occurring in the midface and cheek area, where a normal loss of volume over the course of time can cause a loss of fullness and support for the midface and cheek areas. The lower blepharoplasty typically includes fat repositioning, facial fat grafting, laser resurfacing to achieve the most natural results and improve skin elasticity in appropriate candidates.

Quad blepharoplasty addresses both the upper and lower eyelids in a single procedure, offering a comprehensive rejuvenation of the eyes. By combining upper eyelid surgery to correct excess skin and improve contour, with lower eyelid surgery to smooth under-eye bags, hollows, and shadows, this approach restores a brighter, more youthful, and balanced appearance. Dr. Lewen uses advanced techniques that may include fat repositioning, facial fat grafting, and laser resurfacing, customized to each patient’s needs. The goal is to achieve the most natural, refreshed look possible, while maintaining harmony between the upper and lower eyelids.

Brow Contour/Lift: Cost starting at $8,000
The brow lift contour helps address a common concern where the tail of the brow begins to droop, sometimes causing the face to “look sad” creating hooded skin over the outer part of the eyelid. In most cases, only the outer portion of the brow needs to be gently lifted. This not only improves the contour of the brow but can also enhance the results of upper eyelid surgery.

Ptosis Repair: Cost starting at $6,000
Ptosis is a drooping of the margin of the eyelid (where eyelashes are located) and is commonly caused by a weakness or looseness of the muscle that lifts the eyelid. Tightening of this muscle will lift the eyelid and create a larger opening of the eye. Ptosis repair may be done with an internal or an external incision. Ptosis is typically performed along with sub brow contouring that will give you the natural asymmetry. It may be combined with upper blepharoplasty when both procedures are recommended.

Xanthelasma: Cost starting at $2,800
Xanthelasma are benign, yellowish eyelid growths that commonly develop near the inner corners of the upper and lower eyelids. Many patients choose to have them removed for cosmetic reasons. Removal is typically performed in the office under local anesthesia. For larger xanthelasma, Dr. Lewen may recommend combining the procedure with a blepharoplasty of the affected eyelid(s) to achieve the most natural and aesthetically pleasing result.

Facial Fat Transfer: Price Varies
Dr. Lewen is very specific and customizes the fat transfer to your anatomy. Dr. Lewen regularly uses facial fat transfer to achieve a more balanced and complete rejuvenation of the lower eyelids for certain patients in combination with blepharoplasty surgery. For these patients, an optimal rejuvenation of the lower eyelids cannot be accomplished by just simply removing the bags of fat or pulling the lower eyelid skin tighter. It is important to understand the significance of volume, shape, and positioning of the midface when considering the best rejuvenating options for the lower eyelids. Fat grafting is a procedure that is frequently performed in combination with other cosmetic surgeries/procedures, such as upper eyelid surgery, lower blepharoplasty, brow lift, mid-face lift, and CO2 laser resurfacing.
