The Consultation Process

Step 1: Surgical Consultation

Before scheduling your in-person consultation with Dr. Lewen, all surgical patients begin with a consultation process. New surgical patients begin with a Discovery Call, while patients seeking revision surgery begin with a Revision Assessment Call.

Part 1: New Surgical Patient

DISCOVERY CALL WITH LEIDY

To begin, we collect a $100 scheduling fee to reserve your Discovery Call with our Surgical Coordinator, Leidy.

During this Discovery Call, Leidy will:

• Answer preliminary questions about surgery and recovery
• Discuss your aesthetic concerns and goals
• Review pricing ranges and financing options
• Help determine which consultation type is most appropriate for your needs
• Guide you through next steps before meeting with Dr. Lewen

Part 1: Revision Patients

REVISION ASSESMENT CALL WITH TARA

To begin, we collect a $200 scheduling fee to reserve your Revision Assessment Call with our Clinical Assistant, Tara.

Prior to this call, all revision patients are required to provide a copy of their operative report from their previous procedure.

During your Revision Assessment Call, Tara will:

• Review your medical and surgical history in detail
• Evaluate photos of your current concerns
• Assess your operative report and prior surgical details
• Help determine if you are a candidate for revision surgery with Dr. Lewen
• Guide you through next steps before scheduling your in-person consultation

The remaining consultation balance is collected when scheduling your in-person visit.

Part 2: In-Person Consultation with Dr. Lewen

If you are determined to be a good candidate after your Discovery Call, you will then be invited to schedule your in-person consultation with Dr. Lewen.

By the End of Your Consultation with Dr Lewen, You’ll Know:

• Which procedures may best address your concerns
• Expected recovery timeline
• Risks and benefits
• Expected outcomes
• Investment range
• Recommended next steps

At this visit, Dr. Lewen will:

• Perform a detailed facial analysis
• Discuss your surgical candidacy
• Perform an Ultrasound if needed.
• Review customized treatment recommendations
• Outline expected recovery, risks, and outcomes
• Create a personalized surgical plan tailored to your goals

Non-Surgical Consultation

Patients interested in non-surgical treatments may schedule directly with one of our providers for consultation and treatment planning.

This consultation may include discussion of:

• Injectables (Botox, filler, biostimulators)
• Skin tightening and resurfacing
• Laser treatments
• Morpheus8 and energy-based devices
• Skincare and long-term maintenance planning

Our team will recommend a customized treatment plan based on your concerns, budget, and desired level of correction.

Step 2: Review Pricing & Scheduling

Following your consultation with Dr. Lewen, you will meet with the surgical coordinator to review all recommended treatments and associated pricing.

During this time, we will discuss:

• Look at before and after photos
