What is Upper Eyelid (Subbrow) Specialty Filler?

Upper Eyelid Filler is considered a specialty injection that should only be performed by an experienced physician with an immense knowledge of the facial anatomy and arteries which surround the area being injected. Areas considered a “specialty” area include but are not limited to upper eyelids, tear trough, temples, and nose. Dr. Lewen is a specialist, who is highly trained and experienced in eyelid and facial anatomy allowing him to perform these procedures with state-of-the-art techniques while providing results otherwise not attainable by the average injector. These specialty injections are typically performed with the use of a blunt-tipped cannula for maximum patient safety while also reducing the risks of bruising!

Who is an ideal candidate for Upper Eyelid (Subbrow) Specialty Filler?

An ideal candidate for filler in the upper eyelids would be a person who genetically has hollow eyes, has had too much fat removed from previous surgery, and/or recent weight loss resulting in significant volume loss in the face.

What is the downtime associated with Upper Eyelid (Subbrow) Specialty Filler?

There is relatively little downtime for upper eyelid filler, and results are noticeable right away. Some may experience swelling in the area following treatment, which typically subsides one to two weeks later.
